The INABC Website does not facilitate any purchases; however, we do accept payments/donations in exchange for certain works to be displayed in a timely manner. The main purpose of this site is to inform visitors about graphic designers in the publishing world and provide a way for potential customers to contact those designers on their own. c. You may not use the INABC Website in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property a. All “book character” illustrations on the INABC Website are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Extracurricular LLC. b. The INABC Logo is protected by intellectual property rights owned by Extracurricular LLC. c. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or perform any of these custom illustrations or the Logo from the Website without prior written consent from Extracurricular LLC. d. The book covers displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of their respective publishers and authors, and neither INABC nor its owner claims any ownership rights over them.
3. Third-Party Websites and Content a. The INABC Website contains links to third-party websites. Extracurricular LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such external sites or resources. b.
