Jen Wang is currently a Design Director at Simon & Schuster.
Previously, she held various roles at Penguin Random House, including Assistant Art Director and Senior Designer/Art Program Manager, where she art directed covers for lifestyle, food, and arts books and championed equity and mentorship initiatives within the industry. As the Art Program Manager, she promoted Behind the Book, an initiative that focuses on building more equitable processes and developing opportunities in the design space at Random House.
